We had a good idea of our destination, but when people asked us what we'll be doing exactly...we got a little stumped. This was intentional though. Bob Goff states it best, "Life should be full of whimsy." In North American society, this lack of planning could set some serious concern. To us, this was our goal. We wanted to open our schedules as an act of worship and trust in the Lord to guide us each day. To our surprise, it worked!
God had a new adventure everyday, a new circumstance where we had to trust in Him more and more. Every blog that we posted was a new experience we didn't plan beforehand. The Lord led is us each day with peace.
Isaiah 55 9&12 says, "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts...You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands."
So delight your soul in the Lord and drink from the fountain of his everlasting life. Even when on shifted sand, let your hope rest in His place. Even if that place is just a pin on a map. God moves us wherever we are, we just have to open our time to Him.
